      Iron glycinate.

      Supports red blood cell production*.

      Mineral supplement.

      Vegetable Cellulose, Gelatin. Contains <2% Of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.

      Directions: For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
